Description
In 10KV-220KV high-voltage power distribution systems, surge arresters are the core equipment to resist lightning overvoltage and switching overvoltage, and their operating status directly determines the safety and stability of the entire power distribution system. However, the discharge actions of surge arresters are instantaneous and concealed, which are difficult to capture in real time through manual inspection. Once the surge arrester has problems such as aging, moisture, and performance attenuation, it cannot be found in time, which is likely to cause serious consequences such as equipment breakdown and line failure. The JS-8 high-voltage discharge operation recorder counter is specially designed to solve this pain point. As a “personal monitor” of the surge arrester, it is connected in series between the lower part of the surge arrester and the ground, and monitors the discharge actions of the surge arrester in real time throughout the whole process, providing accurate data basis for the operation and maintenance of the high-voltage power distribution system.
The core of the product adopts a high-rate data processing unit, combined with a software digital filter conditioning circuit, which has extremely strong anti-interference ability, can accurately filter power grid clutter, avoid false counting and missing counting. The counting range is three digits 000, which can clearly accumulate each discharge action of the surge arrester.
