SCB18-1250KVA干式电力变压器，是新一代节能型干式变压器，聚焦10kV配电网电力传输与分配需求，核心优势在于“干式环保+高效节能+安全可靠”的三重特性，彻底解决油浸式变压器漏油、火灾隐患等痛点，适配各类对安全环保要求严苛的场景。

产品采用高品质环氧树脂浇注工艺，铁芯选用优质冷轧硅钢片，线圈采用铜导线绕制，有效降低空载损耗和负载损耗，空载损耗较传统变压器降低15%-20%，负载损耗降低10%-15%，长期运行可大幅节省电费开支，符合国家节能降耗政策。干式结构无油运行，杜绝油泄漏造成的环境污染，同时具备防火、防爆、防尘性能，防护等级达IP40（可定制IP54），可直接安装于室内、地下室等密闭空间，无需单独设置变压器室，节省安装空间与建设成本。

设备具备优异的热稳定性和绝缘性能，耐高温、抗老化，正常运行温度可承受155℃，使用寿命可达25年以上；噪音控制在55dB以下，运行平稳无干扰，适配医院、学校、居民区等对噪音敏感的场所。产品结构紧凑、维护便捷，无需定期更换绝缘油，仅需定期清洁维护，大幅降低运维成本，可广泛应用于高层建筑、商业综合体、工业厂房、新能源电站、市政工程等领域，作为电力传输与分配的核心设备，保障电力供应的稳定与高效。

SCB18-1250KVA Dry-Type Power Transformer is a new generation of energy-saving dry-type transformer, focusing on the power transmission and distribution needs of 10kV distribution networks. Its core advantages lie in the triple characteristics of “dry-type environmental protection + high efficiency and energy saving + safety and reliability”, which completely solves the pain points such as oil leakage and fire hazards of oil-immersed transformers, and is suitable for various scenarios with strict requirements on safety and environmental protection.

The product adopts high-quality epoxy resin casting process, the iron core is made of high-grade cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, and the coil is wound with copper conductors, which effectively reduces no-load loss and load loss. The no-load loss is 15%-20% lower than that of traditional transformers, and the load loss is 10%-15% lower. Long-term operation can greatly save electricity costs, complying with national energy conservation and consumption reduction policies. The dry-type structure operates without oil, eliminating environmental pollution caused by oil leakage, and has fire-proof, explosion-proof and dust-proof performance with a protection level of IP40 (IP54 can be customized).
