ZW7-33kV Outdoor Medium Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker is a core equipment in 33kV medium voltage power distribution networks, mainly used to close, carry and break normal load current, and quickly cut off short-circuit current and overload current when the power system fails, so as to avoid fault expansion and protect the safe operation of power grid equipment. The product integrates vacuum interrupter, spring operating mechanism, silicone rubber insulation bushings and stainless steel enclosure into an integrated structure, with compact design, small volume and light weight, which is convenient for hoisting, installation and transportation. ZW7-33kV adopts high-quality ceramic vacuum interrupter with vacuum degree ≤10⁻⁵ Pa, which can extinguish arc within 2ms, with no arc reburning and no harmful gas emission during operation, environmental protection and pollution-free. The rated short-circuit breaking current reaches 25kA/31.5kA, and it can withstand multiple fault breaking operations without maintenance, which effectively ensures the reliability of power grid protection.
