Description

In 6kV high-voltage power distribution systems, overvoltage caused by lightning strikes, equipment operation and other factors is the main cause of damage to core equipment such as switchgear, motors, transformers and line failures, which not only affects production and operation, but also causes huge economic losses. The 6kV three-phase combined overvoltage protector, withintegrated protection, high efficiency and reliability, and maintenance-free convenienceas the core, provides a comprehensive overvoltage solution for 6kV power distribution systems.
The product adopts a three-phase integrated structure design, which does not require separate configuration of phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground protection devices, greatly saving installation space and adapting to various installation scenarios such as indoor cabinet and bracket installation. Whether it is installed inside the switchgear or matched with outdoor pole-mounted equipment, it can be flexibly adapted. The core components are high-quality zinc oxide resistor chips, which have the characteristics of large current capacity, low residual voltage and fast response speed (nanosecond level). They can conduct quickly at the moment of overvoltage generation, limit the overvoltage within the tolerance range of the equipment, and avoid insulation breakdown.
For different application scenarios, the product offers two optional structures: gapless and gapped. The gapless version has a faster response, suitable for scenarios requiring high protection accuracy; the gapped version is anti-aging and wear-resistant, with a longer service life, suitable for harsh outdoor environments. The overall design is sealed and anti-corrosion, the shell is made of high-strength insulating materials, and the protection level reaches IP54 and above. It can withstand extreme temperatures from -40℃ to +70℃, resist moisture, salt fog and ultraviolet radiation, and can operate stably whether it is indoor switchgear or outdoor industrial and mining, new energy power stations.
Compared with traditional single overvoltage protection equipment, this product realizes synchronous protection of phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground, without complex wiring, easy installation, and no regular maintenance during operation, which greatly reduces operation and maintenance costs.
