1. High Efficiency & Energy Saving, Ultra-Low Loss（高效节能，损耗极低）
Aiming at the 500kV ultra-high voltage and large-capacity operation requirements, the core adopts high-grade cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet with ultra-thin thickness, combined with optimized stepped core structure design, which greatly reduces no-load loss, no-load current and core vibration noise; the winding adopts high-purity oxygen-free copper wire, with excellent electrical conductivity, low resistance loss, and the winding structure is optimized by computer simulation, reducing leakage magnetic field and load loss. The product meets the national first-class energy-saving standards, and the long-term operation can save a lot of electric energy, effectively reducing the operation cost of the ultra-high voltage power grid.

The product has a large rated capacity, covering 240MVA~750MVA, which can meet the demand of long-distance and large-capacity energy transmission in 500kV ultra-high voltage power grids. Equipped with a high-precision on-load voltage regulation mechanism (with multiple voltage regulation levels), it can accurately adjust the output voltage according to the changes of power grid load and voltage, ensuring that the output voltage is stable within the rated range, and solving the problem of voltage fluctuation in long-distance transmission. The overall structure is designed with high rigidity, good mechanical strength and stability, no obvious vibration and noise during operation, and the average time between failures is long, ensuring long-term stable and reliable operation.

3. Strong Insulation Performance & Overvoltage Resistance（绝缘性能强劲，抗过电压能力突出）
Aiming at the ultra-high voltage level of 500kV, the product adopts ultra-high voltage special insulation materials (such as high-grade insulating oil, epoxy resin composite insulation) and advanced multi-layer insulation structure design, with ultra-high insulation strength, strong anti-breakdown and anti-pollution capacity, and can effectively resist the impact of operating overvoltage, lightning overvoltage and transient overvoltage in ultra-high voltage scenarios. The winding is processed by precision vacuum drying, vacuum impregnation and other multiple processes, which greatly improves the insulation reliability, moisture resistance and aging resistance. The tank body is sealed with high-quality seals, which prevents moisture and impurities from entering, and further ensures the insulation performance of the product.
针对500kV超高压等级，产品采用超高压专用绝缘材料（如高档绝缘油、环氧树脂复合绝缘）及先进的多层绝缘结构设计，具备超高绝缘强度，抗击穿、抗污秽能力极强，可有效抵御超高压场景下的操作过电压、雷电过电压及暂态过电压冲击。绕组经精密真空干燥、真空浸漆等多道工艺处理，大幅提升绝缘可靠性、防潮性及抗老化性能；油箱采用优质密封件密封，防止潮气、杂质进入，进一步保障产品绝缘性能。
4. Efficient Cooling System & Strong Overload Capacity（冷却系统高效，过载能力强劲）
Equipped with an efficient forced cooling system (OFAF/ODAF/ODWF), which can quickly dissipate the heat generated during the operation of the product, especially the large heat generated during overload operation. The cooling system adopts intelligent temperature control, which can automatically adjust the cooling intensity according to the operating temperature, ensuring that the product can operate safely for a long time under 110%-120% rated load, and can withstand short-term overload impact (130% rated load for 2 uair an chloig), adapting to the load fluctuation of the ultra-high voltage power grid.
配备高效强迫冷却系统（强迫风冷/强迫导向风冷/强迫导向水冷），可快速散出产品运行过程中产生的热量，尤其是过载运行时产生的大量热量。冷却系统采用智能温控，可根据运行温度自动调节冷却强度，确保产品在110%-120%额定负载下长期安全运行，并可承受短期过载冲击（130%额定负载运行2小时），适配超高压电网负载波动需求。
5. Wide Environmental Adaptability（宽温域环境适应性）
Adapt to the ambient temperature range of -40℃ ~ +60℃, and can be normally used in high and cold areas, high temperature and humid areas, coastal salt spray areas and heavily polluted areas. The tank body is made of high-strength steel plate, and the surface is treated with special anti-corrosion, anti-rust and anti-pollution coating, which can effectively resist the erosion of harsh environments such as salt spray, acid rain and heavy fog. For alpine areas, low-temperature resistant insulating oil and automatic heating device can be configured; for coastal areas, anti-salt spray reinforcement treatment can be carried out, ensuring stable operation under various complex working conditions of ultra-high voltage power grids.
适应-40℃~+60℃的环境温度范围，可在高寒地区、高温潮湿地区、沿海盐雾地区及重污秽地区正常使用。油箱采用高强度钢板制造，表面经特殊防腐、防锈、防污涂层处理，可有效抵御盐雾、酸雨、大雾等恶劣环境侵蚀；针对高寒地区，可配置耐低温绝缘油及自动加热装置；针对沿海地区，可进行防盐雾强化处理，确保在超高压电网各类复杂工况下稳定运行。
6. Intelligent & Safe, Easy to Centralized Control（智能安全，便于集中控制）
Equipped with a full-featured intelligent monitoring and protection system, including winding temperature monitoring, oil temperature monitoring, oil level monitoring, pressure monitoring, partial discharge monitoring, gas detection and other functions, realizing real-time monitoring of the product’s operating status, fault alarm, data statistics and historical query. It supports remote operation, remote monitoring and centralized control, which is convenient for the unified management of the 500kV ultra-high voltage power grid. At the same time, it is equipped with complete protection devices (such as overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, temperature protection, gas relay protection), which can quickly cut off the fault circuit in case of failure, effectively protecting the product and the safety of the power grid.
