It adopts a mechanical dropout structure: when the fault current passes through the fuse element, the fuse melts quickly, and the moving contact falls under the action of gravity to realize circuit breaking and arc extinguishing. The product’s insulating shell is made of high-strength FRP material, with excellent insulation performance and mechanical strength; the conductive part is made of high-purity aluminum alloy, with good electrical conductivity and low contact resistance. Adopts gravity dropout structure, the fuse element melts quickly when overcurrent occurs, and the moving contact drops reliably under gravity, with dropout time ≤0.1s. The arc extinguishing chamber is designed with special arc-extinguishing materials, which can quickly extinguish the arc generated during breaking, avoiding arc reburning and ensuring safe breaking.
