设备为全户外、电站型设计，防护等级达到IP65以上，可有效抵御风沙、雨雪、盐雾、紫外线照射等自然侵蚀。温度适应范围极宽，可达 **-40℃至 + 40℃**，并可根据需求配置防凝露加热装置，满足全国绝大多数地区，特别是高寒、高湿度及沿海多风地区的电站使用标准。

配备高性能弹簧操动机构，动作平稳、分合闸速度快、机械寿命长（通常≥3000 次），支持电动操作与手动储能，适配频繁操作工况。SF6 气体作为绝缘介质，化学性质稳定，全密封结构确保了长期运行的免维护特性，仅需定期进行 SF6 气体密度监测，极大降低了电站的后期运维成本与工作量。

The product adopts an outdoor compact porcelain post type structure, consisting of independent SF6 insulated porcelain posts, arc chambers, conductive circuits and operating mechanisms. The porcelain posts are made of high-strength high-quality electrical porcelain materials, fired through strict processes. They possess extremely high mechanical strength and anti-flashover capability, ensuring excellent insulation performance even in severe outdoor environments such as high altitude, high pollution and strong UV radiation. The arc chamber adopts an advanced self-energy type or pneumatic type arc-extinguishing principle. Utilizing the excellent electronegativity and arc-extinguishing characteristics of SF6 gas, it offers strong breaking capacity and stable electrical performance. Its insulation strength is 2-3 times that of air, ensuring long-term stable operation at a large rated current of 3150A.

Designed as a fully outdoor, power station-grade device, it achieves a protection level of IP65 and above, effectively resisting natural erosion such as sand, rain, salt fog and UV radiation. It features an extremely wide temperature adaptation range of -40℃ to +40℃, and can be configured with anti-condensation heating devices as required, meeting the power station operation standards of most regions in China, especially cold, high-humidity and coastal areas with strong winds.

Equipped with a high-performance spring operating mechanism, it operates smoothly, has fast switching speed and long mechanical life (usually ≥3000 operations). Supporting electric operation and manual energy storage, it meets the demands of frequent operation. As an insulating medium, SF6 gas has stable chemical properties. The fully sealed structure ensures truly maintenance-free during long-term operation, requiring only regular SF6 gas density monitoring, which greatly reduces the long-term operation and maintenance costs and workload of the power station.
