GW5-35/630 High Voltage Isolating Switch is a core isolation equipment in 35kV medium-voltage power systems, mainly used to isolate the power supply during equipment maintenance, providing a visible break point to ensure the personal safety of maintenance personnel. It can also be used for switching operations of no-load lines and no-load transformers. The product adopts a double-column vertical rotating structure, with the moving contact rotating vertically to realize opening and closing actions, which has the advantages of flexible operation and stable performance. The conductive part is made of high-purity aluminum alloy, with excellent electrical conductivity and low contact resistance; the insulating part uses high-quality porcelain insulators or composite insulators, with high insulation strength and strong pollution resistance. The base is made of steel plate with integral welding forming, ensuring structural stability and mechanical strength. It supports vertical installation on concrete pillars or steel frames, and is suitable for outdoor harsh environments such as high temperature, low temperature, wind, rain and salt spray, which is an essential equipment for 35kV power grid safe operation.
